Here’s the Math
On a 24-round stage with 7.5 HF:
Allowed Charlies = 24 × 20% = ~5
Each Charlie (-2pts) costs: 2 ÷ 7.5 = 0.27 seconds

Finding The HHF

Predicted HHF = 6.8 ÷ 0.80 = 8.5
